At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

As a caregiver in New Jersey, you'll make a positive impact in your community. We're seeking kind, patient, and reliable people with a passion for helping others.

**Earn great pay while doing good**  
- Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses  
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depends on your location (not available everywhere)  
- Work on your own flexible schedule  
- Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2-4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life

**Caregiver job requirements in New Jersey:**

- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy  
- Access to a smartphone  
- Access to a vehicle 2010 or newer  
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
